Shipping policy

1. Processing Times

Each order is processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, if available.

2. Delivery Times

Average delivery times range between 10 and 30 business days, depending on the product and destination country.
In some exceptional cases (e.g. out of stock, customs delays, shipping carriers), the delivery time may be extended. We will notify you in the event of a significant delay.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation.
Shipping is free for any order over €50.

4. Order Tracking

If a tracking number is available, it will be sent to you by email.
You can track your order directly via the carrier’s website.

5. Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your order within 45 business days, please contact us at contact.opcards@gmail.com so we can open an investigation or proceed with a reshipment/refund.
Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier cannot be refunded unless proven otherwise.
